"My 1994 Honda VFR was in serious need of some major suspension work and a new exhaust header. There were several major glitches to the work involving parts I had sourced elsewhere and Logan gave me expert advice, providing me photographs sent to me via email to illustrate just exactly what he was faced with. He even recommended a solution to the rear suspension problem that saved me money AND
gave me a more flexible rear suspension! Additionally he found and repaired a leak in the rear valve cover gasket that was unknown to me. Logan did a heck of a job and went above and beyond what any service technician would normally do. He dealt with some interesting problems fitting the exhaust and rebuilding the rear suspension. The job was superb and now the bike performs and feels so much better. Logan's expertise and ability to communicate every step of the way gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and cared about the work. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Thanks Logan and Lake City Powersports for putting me back on my bike!"

"My father and I have ridden/raced MX since 1992. During that entire time we have ridden for one shop (with a short exception due to them only carrying one brand of motorcycle and us wanting to change brands). During that time we averaged 2 new motorcycles per year. We were treated ok. However, 2009 saw us wanting to switch brands again to Kawasaki KX450f's, which this shop did not carry. I contacted Lake City Powersports intially because they were the next closest Kawasaki dealer to me and the closest did not seem to be excited about my business. I reached Tom Lambert and spoke to him at length. After my conversation with him, I immediately knew that I had made the right choice in contacting him. When we picked up our bikes (and even before the sale) it was as if we had been buying from him the entire 16 years we had been riding. We were treated like family and in fact were treated better as new customers than the other shop treated us as long-time customers. I have been into numerous shops to buy this or that in the last 16 years and have experienced the gamut of customer service/lack thereof. I can tell you that Lake City Powersports is one of those rare shops in which it feels like home every time you go in, whether you are a new customer or a long-time one. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Tom and family!"

"One of your employees there at the Lake City Powersports, they provided me with exceptional service. I had just purchased my first motorcycle and being it is 25 years old it needed parts. Sean walked me through and descibed what parts I needed and why, helped me track down a stator that Honda doesn't make anymore, and got the parts in a very timely manner. I visited your store first because I know that if you don't have it you'll point me in the right direction. Again, Sean went above and beyond and ACTUALLY called me when the parts got in!! Other places I have been to never called. I need new tires and I know where I'm going to go first.

"I recently brought in my Kawasaki Vulcan 500 for diagnosis and repair of a damaged rear bearings caused by a third party. After explaining that I bought by bike a year ago so I could rebuild my car and it was now my sole source of transportation, Logan in the service department had my bike repaired in exactly the time frame promised. Kudos and many thanks to him and the entire service department!!!!!
